This month’s **Quilt Block Mania** theme is *Medical & Hospital*, and I wanted to create something that felt both comforting and hopeful. The result is **Tender Care**—a 12” quilt block featuring a classic medical bag with a bright red cross and a bold heart beside it.

The design is traditionally pieced and beginner-friendly, with just enough detail to make it feel special. Whether you’re stitching it into a thank-you quilt, a nurse’s gift, or simply honoring someone who gives care for a living, this block adds warmth and meaning to any project.
